I ordered a rim and tire combo for a spare tire for my trailer. I also ordered a Fulton Hi- Mount Spare Tire Carrier. Horrible service! They never sent my items and a week later I called and they told me there was a problem. Well I had ordered a second order the evening before I called etrailer which I order with express shipping. I asked if they could just combine all my items since the messed it up so I could receive them earlier and they refused because I didn't pay for it on the first order! Horrible service... Read more

I ordered a trailer hitch and the hitch arrived with a defective part. They sent a new part, but it took a week to get it, so my 15 minute install time ended up taking a week. When I posted an honest review lambasting the product for costing over $100 but cutting corners on a $0.10 part, etrailer wouldn't publish it. If you look, everything on the site is 4-5 stars rated. item arrived in a crushed box and was scratched in the process.I contacted them and sent pictures and was told "we will work it out". they made a insult of an offer of a 25 dollar discount on a 600 dollar item. This company has good products but horrible customer service. I ordered my products and they came in slightly different which caused me another order, expense, and hassle. When I contacted them about the issue, they basically blew me off. Add comment

I ordered a trailer hitch lighted cover and when it arrived the cover id not fit well and the signal lights did not work. In order to even consider a refund, the CS reps wanted me to take pictures of the install. I don't own a smartphone so that was impossible for me and now I am stuck with the product. Fast free shipping. Items were nice. But wheel was wrong lug size. They reshipped the right wheel. But new wheel had rust, dirt, chipped paint and overspray. :( Add comment

Etrailer must ship thousands and thousands of orders, and very few issues. I know I have found everything I need on their website with good prices. Every order I have placed has arrived well packed and on time, without issue. They even have helpful how-to videos on their website and youtube. eTrailer happily exchanged the first ballmount I received as it was obviously a "used" item (sent them photos ... they apologized ... ya de ya). Was very happy until the second / replacement item arrived also a "used" item. Are you kidding me? Both items arrived in used packaging specific to 'another' ballmount (yeah not even the packaging for the ballmount that I bought .... iknow right?).... Read more
