I just wanted to let people know that I bought a Draw tite receiver hitch for my 08 Ford Edge and got it quick. It is very durable and looks good, and oh yeah got it for a good price as well. Just wish the packing was a little better, my box was tore open on one end, but luckily it wasn't scratched up or paint chipped.It probably wouldn't hurt to wrap it in some type of plastic or bubble wrap etc.. I have been trying to contact Etrailer for the past three days with no luck. I need information on what type of bike rack needed for my car, but each time I call I end up waiting on hold for at least 10 minutes before I hang up.Ive also tried contacting them via email but no response either. I have ordered alot from this company and have never had a problem until now.I ordered two new things for my trailer. I assumed the screws would be included in the items. I placed an order for a single item and placed it in my shopping cart , when I went to check out there were 2 items in my cart , same price . Thinking I had doubled clicked I eliminated one and paid . When I got my order it was something I had looked at a couple of months ago and must have placed it in the shopping cart . Purchased hitch and bike rack to go on 2002 Mustang. Everything went well until I finally opened the packages and found that the hitch hardware to install hitch were missing. I have been trying to contact Etrailer by phone and there is no answer. On hold for 30+ minutes and finally a recorded message to leave number and issue was available. Ordered roof rack, kayak carrier and tie down straps on the 5th. Finally had to call to find out everything is not in stock and waiting to be shipped from manufacturer. Won't ship til the 13th! If you sell items not in stock let people know when they checkout! I wanted them for the weekend now they may not be here by the next weekend! Also customer service does not answer emails! I ordered next day delivery of a cable to replace the wrong cable that etrailer sent me [etrailer’s error, not mine]. Not only did they charge me half of the next day delivery cost to replace the wrong cable, but they delivered in 4 days instead of the next day I paid for! This place sucks.. They send you a damaged item and would not refund but 10%.

Ordered replacement part for boat trailer brake system. Received this email: Your order is in transit to our distribution facility and should ship in the next 7 days. If you have any questions, you can reach me at 1-800-298-8924 Three weeks later and nothing. Blamed the delay on the manufacturer. Wasted my time. Found other supplier that had the parts in stock.
