I called eTrailer about ordering a roof rack for an upcoming trip. I wanted to make sure all parts were in stock and that the shipping would get them to me on time. We ordered a fifth wheel hitch and were promised it would be delivered in five days. One part arrived on time, UPS had a problem which caused a delay in the second box. I ordered something online overnight shipment from them that they call moments later and said was going to be a 3 week wait. I immediately canceled my order and have not seen my money back and it's been a week now. LIERS AND THIEVES! Ordered something overnight that the website did not show out of stock and got screwed. Canceled the order within 5 minutes over the phone and still have not been refunded. It's been a week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY OF THIEVES AND LIERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Add comment

Anyone looking to buy this hitch from e-trailer; Buyer-beware! When I received the product I was not pleased. I'm in the same situation as the previous person, I am waiting for replies on an order at the third email. I've heard the owner is the only one who receives email and is controlling everything. At this point I want to be refunded. Terrible way to treat customers!! Add comment

I finally had to cancel an order after almost 6 weeks. I had been waiting for something that was not and is still not listed as back ordered. My first email I received after order confirmation was that it was sent to the warehouse and would be shipped within a week. 10 days and counting on my order to be delivered. then I check today and now there is a delay! They give you some phony tracking number that they control not a regular Ups/fedx tracking number so you don't really know whats going on with your order just what they tell you. You people are *** idiots.... Let's brake this down for you: 1. If ur *** shows up damaged from shipping, UPS is to blame. A claim would be done, and if they think Etrailer was to blame they would not cover costs. Considering Etrailer ships large quantities of very heavy duty towing products, I'm sure they package their box's adequitly eouvh to not allowed expensive parts get flushed... Read more
