I placed order on the 15th. 5 days later i called to get a tracking #. The one they gave me was no good so I call back. Get a different # which is no good either. The guy gives me a story about USPS and UPS working together and the #s change sometimes. What a load of ***. This place is only around 500 miles from where I live But they tell me it will take 9 days to ship it here. Whats funny is... Read more

No refund, no help, and poor communication. Bought a Draw-tite hitch from them and wish that I hadn't. Looks like it got thrown off a bridge. No hardware. Run from this seller! They spend a lot of money advertising on the internet, looking for buyers, complaining about other sellers (especially if their prices are cheaper), maybe they should concentrate on improving the customer experience a... Ordered 3 parts Foot packs fit kit and cross bars the order arrived quickly, 5 days from ordering however, the CROSS BARS were not even in the shipment, no mention of separate shipments or anything. like the title say I order on 21 may some gear for a camping road trip (roof carrier, hitch carrier.....) we are leaving very early in the morning of the 30 may ( it was reasonable I order it the 21 and receive it at least the 29......so I call today the 27 may I talk to a rep explain all this situation and offer him to pay the extra to have it ship express... and I say : your order is on hold... I placed an order on saturday may 17, they called that monday to comfirm my address n told me it should get there by Wendesday or Thursday. I screwed up and ordered the wrong part. Called them up to verify what I actually need. They gave me a Return Authorization Number for the part I ordered wrong. I ordered the correct part and they sent it out the same day and THEY paid for the shipping. I believe most of the complaints I read about etrailer are because there are a few guys like me not ordering the correct part in the first... Read more

I ordered a trailer hitch for a nissan nv200. Ordered RV foldout steps to replace my broken ones and they sent them quickly. They got to me quickly but didn't fit as they were too close to trailer frame. Etrailer said they would fit and were supposed to be compatible. I had to pay for shipping both ways to complete the return, so be careful what you order.
