I have bought several items from these people and all was OK until I ordered the wrong piece and had to return it. They were quick in sending the new part, no problem there, but getting the money back after the part was shipped back to them and received was a nightmare. We ordered a fifth wheel hitch and were promised it would be delivered in five days. One part arrived on time, UPS had a problem which caused a delay in the second box. LIERS AND THIEVES! Ordered something overnight that the website did not show out of stock and got screwed. Canceled the order within 5 minutes over the phone and still have not been refunded. It's been a week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY OF THIEVES AND LIERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Add comment

I'm in the same situation as the previous person, I am waiting for replies on an order at the third email. I've heard the owner is the only one who receives email and is controlling everything. At this point I want to be refunded. Terrible way to treat customers!! Add comment

I finally had to cancel an order after almost 6 weeks. I had been waiting for something that was not and is still not listed as back ordered.
