Shipped the wrong extang cover 3 times in a row. I asked for a grievance consider all the time and money it cost me and they best they offered was 5% discount on a 60 dollar cover. Mean while for the last month my truck has not had a cover and their mistakes have cost me a ton of time and money. Very disappointed. Add comment

First, I order a part from eTrailers. I received the part after a few days and notice that the part was too small. I order a bigger size and sent back the other one. Ordered a dozen parts from etrailer for total of 187 dollars. Free shipping for orders over 99 dollars. 1st email stated that the order would ship in 7 days. After 7 days a 2nd email from a different person stating that the order would ship at the end of the week (14 days after order). I ordered an obscure product (replacement cradles for an old bike rack) and was anxious to get them due to an upcoming race and the need to transport bikes. I ordered a Hopkins 5 to 4 convertor for my trailer. When i found out it was no good a contacted customer service. They said no problem we will email you a return label. ordered 4 items from e-trailer after checkout and choosing shipping and completing the order they then sent an email saying the items were actually back ordered and wouldn't be shipped for 4 to 5 days and then would take the 3 to 4 days to ship no where in the checkout process was this reflected. Bought a hitch that arrived damaged. Their expert (secretary) knew nothing! Then she put me in touch with the person that has a job of trying to convince you that it is your fault they sent you a defective part, or that you damaged it! Paid extra for 3 day shipping. Was not told the item was out of stock which caused it to arrive 3 days late resulting in horrible customer service to rectify the situation. Add comment
