The Drawtite 3400 came missing the installation kit and the ball for the car side of the setup. I did not find this out till 10 days past warranty, called e-trailer and they said too bad you are out of luck! I am a heavy equip mechanic of over 30 yrs. and installation and trailer were perfect. Even though this harness is rated very good for ease of installation there are a lot of complaints for it only lasting 1-3 yrs. Which is bull, you shouldn't have to spend $63.00 a yr. on these. Ordered fenders and 2 mounting brackets. Paid for expedited shipping. Fenders came USED marks all over them and edges worn down. I have no idea how they could even send this. Next, they only sent 1 bracket! When I asked for them to refund me it took 2 hours and they wouldn't even refund shipping. Never buy anything from this company. Read more

I ordered a rim and tire combo for a spare tire for my trailer. I also ordered a Fulton Hi- Mount Spare Tire Carrier. Horrible service! They never sent my items and a week later I called and they told me there was a problem. Well I had ordered a second order the evening before I called etrailer which I order with express shipping. I ordered a trailer hitch and the hitch arrived with a defective part. They sent a new part, but it took a week to get it, so my 15 minute install time ended up taking a week. item arrived in a crushed box and was scratched in the process.I contacted them and sent pictures and was told "we will work it out". they made a insult of an offer of a 25 dollar discount on a 600 dollar item.
