Etrailer must ship thousands and thousands of orders, and very few issues. I know I have found everything I need on their website with good prices. Every order I have placed has arrived well packed and on time, without issue. They even have helpful how-to videos on their website and youtube. eTrailer happily exchanged the first ballmount I received as it was obviously a "used" item (sent them photos ... they apologized ... ya de ya). Was very happy until the second / replacement item arrived also a "used" item. Are you kidding me? Both items arrived in used packaging specific to 'another' ballmount (yeah not even the packaging for the ballmount that I bought .... iknow right?).... Read more

I ordered a set of Torklift tie downs for my truck. Told they were not in stock and would have to order from Torklift. After several weeks asked if this could be escalated between companies to see why order is not being filled....nothing happen! Some five weeks later get the order and they don't fit. Went over parts for project with 2 separate people at etrailer before ordering. Verified quantities for everything with both of them. Parts come in and I have 2 more boxes than I need for one of the items. Ordered parts under a free shipping promo they had going on. Rep there says oh there is no restocking fee but you will be charged 65.00 for shipping. I ordered under free shipping so this... Read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with an etailer EVER. When placing my order I tripled check the order to make sure I was searching and ordering Timbrens for a 2000 ford excursion 2wd V10. I am very displeased with the service I have received from etrailer. . They are quick to take your money. I ordered some wrong parts and called later to order the correct one so I could cancel the original order. They advised me the original order couldn't be stopped. So I ordered the correct parts. We needed a replacement key for a SportRack roof rack (made by Thule). I came across when searching for replacement keys online. Via their website I made an inquiry as to which key I needed to order based on the model number of the roof rack we have. The so called Expert Reply came back that we needed to order THKEYN170. I have bought several items from these people and all was OK until I ordered the wrong piece and had to return it. They were quick in sending the new part, no problem there, but getting the money back after the part was shipped back to them and received was a nightmare.
