I ordered a Hitch for my 2007
Toyota Yaris Hatchback on July 19th 2010 two days later I got a email saying it was going to take a while to get from their distutor who was Curt manufacturing. I called to check the order status on the 27th of july and Lori B said it was shipped out and would be there on the 28th which it did arrive on the 28th just later in the day. I opened the hitch over all the hitch was a Class 1 curt Hitch which took about hour to install correctly. my horrer story was witht the junk electrical part they sent me it was supose to be a converter to convert seperate tail and blinker light to a 4 wire flat. I called the 800 number and spoke to a
CS person who was extremely rude by then Im getting more upset and asked to speak to an manager who she gave me to another
CS person named Heather she was ok but still rude again I was not happy then I was put on the phone with what was supose to be heathers manager named T.J B which by the way was more rude than both of them". and still never solved my problem which was the wring they sent me would not work on my Yaris so I ask for a refund so I may Buy a T connector ( which you can get online just not from
etrailer and trust me they are worth their weight in Gold) and save you alot of time anyways T/.J insisted they dont make a t connector and said I can return it but I would have to pay the shipping on the whole order including the hitch which btw was supose to be free shipping?. so over all experience I would recommend buying from another place any place but
etrailer|. so it really wouldnt be worth it for mr to try and send back a 30 dollar part to get 10 bucks back|. the hitch I rate from a 1-10 scale I give it a 9 and the service was below a 1 the pc of junk electrical box was a 1 and beware they dont send you no instructions on how to install it?. and for you all looking for a t connector they have is At www?.buyautotruckaccessories/.com is where I got mine 1295ec1
