I bought a new ROLA 600LB hitch cargo carrier from etrailer.com. The carrier was badly scratched, the box had multiple holes that were taped over. The box looked like three forklifts played hockey with it. I contacted the company and spoke to "Bridgette" in customer service. I agreed to keep the carrier and Bridgette advised once I submitted pictures of damage I would be compensated by a lower rate. Well.......after I sent my pictures I kept getting emails saying the pics "didn't come through", "can you resend another way"....I was getting the run around. I cc'ed my self and the pics were there and showed the damage well. The short version is the ROLA carrier is a good product just don't buy anything from this company unless you like paying for a new product and getting it used.....never again. 1295f7e

Maybe you should not accept a box from the carrier if it has holes in it???? Makes sense huh. some people are *** and then want to blame others :upset :upset
