After waiting and waiting, and not receiving an emergency part I had ordered and needed to put my car back on the road, I finally called Etrailer to determine what the problem was. I was then told that they didn't have the part, that it was on back order and that I'd have to wait more time to get it. Why didn't they tell me when I made the order that it was not readily available? In these hard ecomonic times how can a company such as Etrailer jack customers around and still stay in business? I don't recommend Etrailer for parts to anyone.

I get the feeling the drop ship everything. I wish I could collect money for things I don't actually have. :roll
