ordered a spare tire at $150 w/free shipping thru etrailer shipped to my fathers address as a gift. it arrived at my address in a different state". was told fastest way to remedy the problem was to send it back to etrailer with a return auth they provided and reorder the tire for my father/. i spent $46 to ship the tire back and waited 3 weeks for a credit?. had to call them to find out where my $ was|. I was told the credit was being processed in a few days|. when they credited me i was charged the original shipping of $28 on a "free shipping" order;. spent $74 with nothing to show.. The order was also filled incorrectly BY THEM and my account was charged again for them to ship the correct item. They sent me a prepaid label so I could ship back the wrong item(freight prepaid!)but I had to drive 20 miles to the pkg. drop off point and pay $2.00 to return the wrongly shipped item. 3 weeks, 5 E-mails and 2 calls later I finally got my credit. Unfortunately my credit card company charged me interest because the credits showed up in a different billing cycle from the charge |

They said that the one they sent me was not the correct one and to send it back and they would credit me but I would have to pay for the shipping. The shipping was more than the filter. Threw it away.... |
