My issue is one of simple customer service. I looked at several of their trailer light packages and narrowed it down to 2.

Made a decision and ordered online on a Friday evening about 9 PM. *Immediately* after pressing send, I realized I'd gotten the product numbers confused and ordered the wrong one (yes, my error). eTrailer has *no* online accommodation for cancelling an order, so I sent an email asking them to swap the correct product number, and also called and left a voice message. Both the email and v-mesg were within 10 minutes of placing the incorrect order.

I received an email the next morning (and this was on a *Saturday*, mind you) saying the order had already been shipped and could not be changed or cancelled. Are you serious? REALLY?!! 1) No way in h%&* the order could have been shipped, and 2) It is inconceivable that their online system makes it impossible to change or cancel an order.

You know about computers, right? Their incompetence cost me $22 in return shipping/handling fees on a $45 item.

I will *NEVER* do business with these buffoons again, and recommend against them whenever I get a chance. I can only assume the rest of their business is as incompetent as their ordering and customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $22.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Your incompetence, you mean. You erred; etrailer's return policy is clearly stated.

The dollar amount of the order is not relevant. You just pointed out that half the cost was the shipping.

Seems like you are upset at not being able to blame these folks for your own mistake.
