I ordered a trailer hitch for a nissan nv200. It shows up so i go to install the hitch per the directions after 2 hrs of thinking i must be doing something wrong i break out the old note pad and a tape measure.

i start by checking the distance between the frame bolt holes (factory holes); then the holes in the hitch: more than an inch difference (which is really bad considering the hitch has over sized and elongated holes to compensate for the poor manufacturing.) Long story short, none of the measurements are less than an inch off. So....... i call (supposed) tech support and spend an hour explaining how and why, Mark says hes going to check a unit they have in the warehouse and call me back in less than five min... A week later I send several emails explaining the problem and the lack of response two more day no response, then Mark leaves a voicemail on my wifes phone (not the phone # i gave him) saying he's sorry there just busy and they will get me a solution.

Three days later I get a Voicemail saying that it is the correct hitch that i will have to modify it or the vehicle to make it work and that they can give me no refund or replacement........(so basical fu#$ off) Last i checked direct fix and no drilling or modification that is stated on the web page for the hitch means it should fit without modification or drilling..... I KNOW THEY DON'T MAKE THE HITCH BUT THEY MAKE THE MONEY AND HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE IT RIGHT...... I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I MET KNOWS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND HOW I WAS TREATED. IN THE MEAN TIME WILL BE FILLING FOR A CHARGEBACK WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND STARING AT A USELESS PIECE OF METAL AND THINKING OF WHO'S *** I COULD SHOVE IT UP.....

lol, if i get time i will post a video of the hitch and the vehicle and measurements along with the voicemails and emails they sent me and i sent them. i fully expect another one of the anti hater posts to pop up right after this one; pretty sad when a company has to have employees post false posts (just substitute the word for the word with in the positive posts IE i've worked for not i've worked with) to improve their rating and hide their disdain for people......and ignore the problems their attitude causes their customers...
