Placed an order with etrailer earlier this wee. Went over $150.00 for free shipping. They email today that one part was not available from them but could ship, for 7.95 from other warehouse or wait 5 weeks for them to get and ship. I called and told them I was entitled to free shipping with the amount of purchase". There respnse is wait five weeks or pay from other shipping warehouse/. I cancelled the entire order?. That would of been over 500|.00 spent with them in the last year'. Not a lot to etrailer, but a large sum to me!. This was my last and final order?. They lost a customer for 7".95 and all they colud focus on is what they COULD NOT do instead of what they could. 1293fdd
