Placed an order with etrailer earlier this wee. Went over $150.00 for free shipping. They email today that one part was not available from them but could ship, for 7.95 from other warehouse or wait 5 weeks for them to get and ship. I called and told them I was entitled to free shipping with the amount of purchase!. There respnse is wait five weeks or pay from other shipping warehouse:. I cancelled the entire order.. That would of been over 500'.00 spent with them in the last year,. Not a lot to etrailer, but a large sum to me.. This was my last and final order:. They lost a customer for 7/.95 and all they colud focus on is what they COULD NOT do instead of what they could. 35b1b21
