Extremely slow to respond, every response took a day or longer to receive. They refused to work with me, and just send the same response over and over again to me as if they did not read my email at all. When I called they were rude and spoke over me the whole time not letting me get a word in otherwise. I ordered a spare tire for my boat trailer and got it in 2 days. Great quality product and was better and cheaper by $26.00 than my local Discount Tire Store.

I ordered several items, among which were Camco RV vinyl AC covers. I received an email stating that item was no long available and to contact them via phone or email as to how I wished to proceed. I called "Tamara W" four times and it always went to voice to leave a message. I left detailed messages - no response. I phoned at least 6 times only to get to listen to horrible scratchy recorded music. No one ever answered at the "800" number. ... Read more

It took 3 1/2 weeks to get my order. The first item they sent was clearly incorrect. I Called and they asked me to e-mail a picture of what I received. Within 20 minutes of that call I had sent the pictures. They didn't bother to look at my e-mail for 5 days and took another 2 days to issue an RMA. The packaging of both the wrong product and (finally) the right product was poor, especially when compared to a good e-tailer like Amazon. ... Read more

I have been buying online from etrailer for a while now. I had only 1 shipping issue with them and 1 email an hour they replied to it and the parts were back on their way. Most complaints on shipping will be from a drop shipped item where someone else's shipping clerks, methods and systems are used. I'm happy with their prices and service so far. I needed a vehicle wiring harness to rent a trailer from u haul.After agreeing for them to put in the wiring harness, I was told they wouldn't have it there until Thursday or Friday that week.Because I needed it sooner, I called e-trailer the same day to order the wiring. order a trailer light kit, paid 3 day shipping, package got mishandled got lost... called customer service they said it was spotted to California, i live in Wisconsin. they sent out another wiring kit and now had cancel my early plan and wait for that *** kit to arrive before i could pull my trailer. curt is horrible...their workers can't match address to buyer...i had to wait over a week just to get a kit that was suppose to arrive within... Ordered a bike rack for my Jeep, 2 door wrangler. The car had an unsafe wobble at highway speeds and would wobble a lot even at slower speeds. Tried to tighten every bolt on the rack and found it made no difference in the performance of the rack. Talked to customer service and was told they don't take returns of used items. Ordered a new hitch from them as all their reviews are great "on their page only" (convenient). The product came damaged. their response was to paint it. That answer wasn't good for me as the product was brand new and painted with heavy duty powder coating. I was asked to email photo's.
