I placed my order on a Monday for 3 small washers I needed fast. I paid $20 for 2nd day shipping and was promised they would arrive by Thursday.

I live only two states away. Its now Friday afternoon and still no parts. I was told by customer service that the day after my order (Tuesday) was a packaging day, not a shipping day. No explanation for the third & fourth day.

Customer service offered a $4.20 sent refund saying that I was downgraded to 3rd day shipping.

I ship and receive all over the country all day every day and could have had this from anywhere in the country via first class in 3 days for $3-4.00. Run don't walk from this company and their excuses for poor service and rip offs on shipping prices.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
