Shipping charges
I paid for 3 day shipping, I would expect it in that 3 days. But then I received a email saying that the item was unavailable at the time, and will ship from the manufacturer when made. I question my 3 day charge, and they said it would still be 3 day shipping from the Tim it is made.
I could have paid $100 more going through another company for 2 day delivery from purchase date, but figured I would save that money and take 3 day with this company, but they cannot tell me when it will arrive.
They say they refunded me, but I have still not seen it.
Nor have I seen my order, they keep saying it will shipped from the manufacturer.

Shipping charge ripoff and poor customer service
I ordered a hitch and a bike rack on May 29th. When I placed the order at about 2 pm I was told the hitch was on back order and would be shipped in about 7 days.
But then I received an email at 9:49 pm the same day (5/29) saying the item has already shipped. I tried to call to cancel the order but there was no answer at 10 pm. So I sent an email to cancel the order that same night at around 11:15 pm. This morning (5/30) I received an email back saying that I have to go through the RMA process and pay $63 for shipment.
So the item goes from back order to being shipped so fast that they can't cancel the order. Because there is no tracking information from US, I think they probably only created the paperwork and did not actually ship the product yet, so the $63 charge for shipment is a complete ripoff.

Ordered a tailgate bottle opener in January for a valentines day gift. STILL *** waiting.
Asked for a refund, and they refuse. HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY HERE, consumer beware! I keep receiving e-mails of new dates then another new date then another new date. This company sucks, plain and simple.
They have zero customer service and have made NO attempt to right THEIR wrong. This is a terrible company and I will never buy here again and I will do my best to make sure no one else gets ripped off either. I hope these reviews ruin their company and everyone gets fired.
How can anyone associated with this company sleep at night knowing damn well they are ripping people off left and right. Good Riddens
