I placed an order for a single item and placed it in my shopping cart , when I went to check out there were 2 items in my cart , same price . Thinking I had doubled clicked I eliminated one and paid .

When I got my order it was something I had looked at a couple of months ago and must have placed it in the shopping cart . When I called them to try get things fixed they were extremely rude and argumentative.

When I pointed out that any other website would have empted the shopping cart after 24-48 hours OR send 100โ€™s emails asking if you still wanted the item .

I sent them 54.70 and in the end I received 23.40 back and STILL HAD NO PART โ€ฆ.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Fix their shopping cart and get the beaches in customer service a toy to calm them down .
