It seems the just get manufacturers to drop ship stuff. They are very slow to put information up about shipments going out, because a week can pass and they still don't have it.

I have very little tolerance for this sort of business. I own a retail store. If I had nothing in stock, I'd have few customers. If I waited a week to tell someone who was a customer, it will be another 2 weeks, maybe more, I'd have no customers at all and would deserve it.

Etrailers does not deserve my business.

If you fall for their great search engine optimization, I wish you good luck. Surely it is worth spending an extra 5% to deal with someone who actually stocks what they sell.
