Ordered a bike rack july 28th even after reading these complaints.What a big mistake! No tracking info provided only an email saying it would ship within 7 days.

Called today aug 9th only to be told the item was back ordered and until september. No email or phone call to inform me of this situation. With the electronic tracking of today there is no excuse for this.

What a terrible way to treat your customers. Dont be like me and hope these were just a few bad apples complaining find your item somewhere else even if it cost a little more!
