I ordered 2 sets of trailer keys. 1 set worked, the other didn't as the sets were cut differently.

They sent me an email survey which I responded to and stated that I needed to return a set. They emailed me back and said it wouldn't make sense to return the keys as it would cost more in shipping. Are you kidding me?

No offer to refund my money or send a shipping label but that I needed to eat the cost for their mistake. This company is a joke.
