We ordered a fifth wheel hitch and were promised it would be delivered in five days. One part arrived on time, UPS had a problem which caused a delay in the second box.

Understandable, however when it did arrive after the one day delay, it was not all of the parts. Etrailer failed to ship our complete hitch. They left out a part. We called them about this since we were on a time table to pick up our new fifth wheel (11 hour drive away), and their response was "Oh, man, you have had a lot of problems with this.

We just didn't get it all to you in the two boxes. Sorry. We can get that shipped, you will get it in another five days". When we told them what we were up against (now paying $30.00 "storage" at the dealership) they should really be overnighting it.

Mark (employee) said "We can't do that. Five days via UPS". This is not acceptable for their mistake and certainly not a customer service based answer. They SUCK!!!!

They have not saved us a dime after all! Buy local if you can, and if you can't ...DO NOT USE ETRAILER!!!!!!!!! Now in order to move forward we have to try and purchase the missing part on our own dime.

No help from Etrailer!! I can not stress this enought, do not use them!

Monetary Loss: $300.
