Etrailer - Not a happy customer
this company has a nice web site.I had no problem ordering what i needed.
The info i recieved said order would ship in 7 days, so i called at end of 2nd week, the represenative said all okay and said order is on way. They could not promise delivery. So i waited one more week and called and they said order had not shipped due to being back ordered.
It has been 3 weeks and no order has arrived, i will call again and amy request money back and cancel order.Why could i have not gotten a notice that the item was not availeble when order was placed.
Monetary Loss: $57.
