Let me start with the fact that I am a small business owner. The Subie Guy is a Subaru specific repair shop located in Richmond Va.

We have been a customer of etrailer for several years (multiple purchases) and until this last "AND I DO MEAN LAST" purchase all was great. Last purchase was for a customer and hitch which normally is received within 5 days took 11 days. The customer was moving out of state. The hitch didn`t arrive and the customer ended up renting a Uhaul truck.

I lost the sale and ended with a hitch in stock I don`t need.

Customer service person Lacy told me a few days after the fact they couldn`t find the hitch in their warehouse. Therefore she was sorry!

I informed her that anything short of a return and full refund would destroy our relationship. She apparently didn`t care too much as there was no further communication.

Product or Service Mentioned: Etrailer Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $160.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
