I ordered parts 5/16/22 parts to be delivered by 6/3/22. Then delivered date 6/7/22 looked on 5/20/22 and now it is to be 6/13/22 ... parts are paid for in full !!! they say it isdo to no workers .Everyone is looking for workers I understand. But this is leaving a bad taste for me to do business with them . All I want is my parts I paid for

I bought some electric boards they promised deliver in one week didnt happened I called them they said next week didnt happened talked to Nancy she said next week because they are coming from the manufacturer Then I received a email from Chris I have to wait until end of may 1 1/2 months or canceled Bad Business

I made the mistake of ordering from this company , dont do what I did. I ordered Thule square bars , its 2.5 weeks in , 4 states over and no delivery yet :( I keep getting the run around. They are greet at taking your money , terrible at follow through !!!

After placing an order early feb 2022 I ask every week for an update and they say item is in stock and will ship in the next day or two. After 6 weeks of this they say they do not have it in stock and say not available for 6 weeks but on website it still says in stock. Waste of time. Would give it no stars if possible.

I ordered 2 quick clamps for my Thule Cargo box they sent 1 that was damaged and unusable and the other had bent tabs and I am not sure it would work. contacted customer service. sent videos and pictures and was told it's not their problem. They did not refund my money.

Check order

I had ordered trailer tires rated D which were out of stock. Talked to the company about every month and was patient. Got one email I missed giving me a couple days to state still wanted tires. When I called to check, found out about the email and was charged higher price. Was not happy.

Actually I held on for over 33 minutes and hung up with no answer. I was able to find the part at a local trailer supply place and purchased them today so I wont be needing your service today. Thanks Ill try another day.

Over charged for returned shipping.

I paid $62.55 for 2 hub caps. They were too small. I called and was not told I would pay for return shipping. I sent them back with a label they provided. I only received $36.29 credit back. They charged me over $24.00 for shipping a light weight package. I have shipped UPS and know shipping costs and know I was way over charged. Would not recommend buying from unless you are absolutely certain of size. The hub caps themselves were beautiful.

I bought a hitch, receiver and 2 types of wiring harnesses from Jesse. The wiring harness was the wrong one. They sold me the wrong one and now want me to pay to ship the correct one. My order was large enough for free shipping. I will also have to take another day to have the wiring installed. Molly in customer service could have cared less, very stoic in her response. I left an e-mail for Jesse, and haven't heard back yet.

Sold product that simply does not fit my vehicle. They blamed the manufacturer. Etrailer sent me a return label with a ton of stipulations that were not mentioned in the phone call. I feel exceptionally duped, as I even asked the customer service rep (Steve Z.) if there was any additional information that I need to know about prior to the return. He stated "No". Each stipulation says "as discussed". None of this was mentioned or "discussed". All of the stipulations are referencing fees here and fees there for the return....essentially costing me a ton of money to simply return a product that is not compatible with my vehicle. I am no communicating with a second customer service rep. Wish me luck...

Shipped wrong product charged me to remedy

They sent me the wrong product and wanted me to pay for shipping to fix it. Told them Ill pay shipping and they can refund my money and take their product back. Called realtruck.com and they gave me a discount that was enough to cover cost of shipping that E-trailer is charging me. Wont be doing business with E-trailer anymore due to their lack of customer service.

Ordered a trailer hitch from them. Said they had something like 10 of them in stock and ready to ship. The next week I check the order to see where it is in shipping and it says it hasn't shipped. Now it said it will ship the following week. It has now been an entire month and it now says the item is out of stock and is estimated again to ship in over a month from now. If you don't have something don't sell it and lie about it.

Vet. Ordered a hitch.

2-3 days later they say they can't ship cause address on card. Security. But they billed it. I guess cause securityShrug I gave shipping and billing address, you know, like ctpr supply, rural kingtrathey asked.

They say they called but I don't answer caller ID 800 numbers. So here I sit, 5 days later trying to find a real hitch that isn't a unicorn, just trying to enjoy my new va disabilty for ptsd without companies taking my money

I looked into this for you and I see we attempted to call you at (501)355-**** twice and received no answer. There was no voicemail box set up so we were unable to leave a message.

As far as the payment goes, we voided it and never charged it.

You had a pending hold on the account to ensure the funds were available, but we never actually received payment for it. It should have fallen right off the statement in 24-48 hours.
