I ordered a hitch 3 weeks before I my scheduled vacation to the Florida keys, always give myself plenty of time. A week later the hitch is delivered, one problem wrong hitch, called customer service on the spot.
Assured me they would have a new one out that very day. 5 days later get an email telling me they found one in Texas , I called and said you told me it was already on its way. Long story short the hitch shows up Thursday afternoon the day before vacation. So yes had to install that evening .
The company did nothing to compensate. Horrible company and customer service.mDavid B
