Etrailer - Shipping charge ripoff and poor customer service
I ordered a hitch and a bike rack on May 29th. When I placed the order at about 2 pm I was told the hitch was on back order and would be shipped in about 7 days.
But then I received an email at 9:49 pm the same day (5/29) saying the item has already shipped. I tried to call to cancel the order but there was no answer at 10 pm. So I sent an email to cancel the order that same night at around 11:15 pm. This morning (5/30) I received an email back saying that I have to go through the RMA process and pay $63 for shipment.
So the item goes from back order to being shipped so fast that they can't cancel the order. Because there is no tracking information from US, I think they probably only created the paperwork and did not actually ship the product yet, so the $63 charge for shipment is a complete ripoff.

Monetary Loss: $64.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
