My item was ordered in plenty of time to have for the holiday weekend but due to delayed shipping on the part of etrailer, it did not arrive until the following week. They were contacted when they sent notice of late shipping to inform them the item would not be accepted.
When UPS arrived, I refused delivery. The item was never opened or even taken into possession.
Etrailer took almost three weeks to refund my purchase price, and, adding insult to injury, etrailer deducted the cost of shipping from a refund for an item I never actually received. They've been contacted and, as before, no response.
