I ordered a hitch from etrailer for a trip I had coming up in 2 weeks. Around the time it was "supposed" to arrive, I received an email saying that the hitch was not in stock and will take a few week for the shipment to come in.

Which would be to late for my camping trip. I told them the one I order said "in stock" on their website. They offered to send another hitch, the same price to me but if I wanted to rushed I would have to pay the shipping. This is crazy!

The least this company can do is ship the new item asap without trying to charge me extra to make up for their website's wrong advertisement.

I told them to cancel my order. I will not use this company ever again.
