-ordered trailer parts took over 2 weeks to ship

-parts would not fit my trailer and i explained to return rep that the sales rep told me they would, she said since she could not find evidence of that conversation she would cover shipping to me but would not pay for the return shipping so i settled. she sent only one shipping label of 2, so i had to call to get 2nd sent.

second rep told me that i had to pay shipping both ways , we argued and she said she was going to have original rep call me. it been a week NO CALL

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $135.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
