Ordered kodiak disc brake kits. The kits finally came 2 weeks later in the proper box, but wrong parts.

Customer service said they could not believe me unless I sent pics. I send pics and was told I would get a response within 48 hrs. Never received response. Shelly and Ashley at etrailer customer service didn't know what a disc brake was and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.

They also told me to not call back that I would hear from someone. Never have received any contact. John is a supervisor, he won't answer nor return calls or emails. They have my debit card payment and won't except the return product or any responsibility for it.

I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately sent me a new kit and had ups to pick up the return kit. Still unresolved if I get a refund from etrailer or not.

They have the worst of everything especially customer service. I will be contacting an attorney to get my refund.
