I used the search engine on the website to order two Dexstar 17-231 wheels. I later realized when I went to install the wheels that the ones they sent me were actually part number 17-377.

Their website search tool leads you to the wrong item. I called customer service to try to return them and was told I need to pay $28 for the return shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee even though it was their fault that the error occurred.

Since over 60 days had passed before I discovered the mistake, they would not take responsibility for their misleading website error. Very poor customer service and said the problem was my fault.
