I called to get the specific fifth wheel for my GMC truck and was told it would be at my door prior to the weekend of the week I ordered. I was very pleased.

The part arrives and the nightmare begins with etrailer. They sent me the wrong part. So the trip I paid in advance for parking my new trailer cannot be recovered. Their response - sorry, but YOU need to send back the part by taking it down to a shipper.

I have to do their work at no cost discount or any other means of saying that they screwed up. Now the wrong box I received says 1 of 2.

I said am I getting another wrong part that i have to deal with - their response "well maybe."

Thank you etrailer for costing my $225 for a camping spot I can't use and messing up my Father's Day weekend. Etrailer doesn't care about their customers at all - stay far away as customer service is terrible.
